Meditation Program
The process involves self purification by self observation. You begin by observing your natural course of breathing and mind concentration. Gradually your self awareness begins to sharpen and you can proceed to observe the changing nature of mind and body as you experience the universal truths of impermanence, suffering and egolessness. Vipassana aims at the highest spiritual goal of total liberation and full enlightenment.
Information
Foreign mediators are required to have valid Nepal Visa for the duration of the course and are also required to deposit their passport at the centre before the commencement of the course. The passport will be returned after the course concludes.
